RUN FOR THEIR LIVES

Our 4th Muscle Warrior 10K Run & 5K Run is once again taking place in the stunning grounds of Haileybury independent school located just outside Hertford, in East Hertfordshire.
Each year our tribe of Muscle Warriors grows and we see both new and familiar faces who tell us they love the welcome from the charity, the friendly volunteers and of course the beautiful setting.
It’s a great course for regular race goers and the 5k is a perfect introduction to running without a crowded field of competitors. Both races start at 10.30am.

Charity Quiz Night

Following the success of our first Charity Quiz Night the Muscle Help Foundation has announced another event for 2013 - Friday 27th September.
Co-founder and CEO Michael McGrath said "I'm thrilled to announce that our first ever quiz night was a resounding success with over 100 guests participating from 17 teams, raising a fantastic £1500 for the charity's Muscle Dreams programme. Special thanks to our Quiz Master extraordinaire Jeremy Silverstone who delivered an ecletic mix of quiz rounds that everyone enjoyed.

Night of Inspiration

Following the success of our Fundraising Auction last November we are fortunate to welcome back Lord Jeffrey Archer as our special guest Auctioneer.
Jeffrey will, once again, bring his captivating style and good humour to the evening at The Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall for our 7th London fundraising auction and the evening is sure to be both inspirational and entertaining.
Lord Archer, who has raised more than £2m for charities through similar auctions, was won over by MHF’s mission.
