The Muscle Help Foundation’s (MHF) patrons play a key role in raising awareness for the charity by supporting and lending their name to our work.

Lorraine Kelly Television presenter Lorraine Kelly became a long-standing friend of the Muscle Help Foundation after meeting founder Michael McGrath in 2005. Lorraine gets involved in fundraising and passionately helps raise awareness for our cause. |

Kenneth Branagh British actor and director Kenneth Branagh has been associated with the charity since 2003. An enthusiastic ambassador for the cause, he has lent his voice to much of the charity’s promotional work. |

MHF ambassadors are leaders in their fields and are tasked with helping reinforce the link between movement, muscles and sport.

Jodie Williams Champion junior sprinter Jodie Williams has been an MHF ambassador since 2010 and has represented the charity at a number of events. |

Richard Callender Personal trainer and star of ITV’s The Biggest Loser Richard Callender has lent his body and mind to our cause, auctioning off his services at our annual charity auction. Richard also enjoyed participating in one of our 'Musclympic parties' during our Games Inspired Muscle Dreams programme. |

Josh Webster British Racing Driver Josh Webster, who races in the GP3 series, has recently joined the charity as an MHF Ambassador. Josh is looking forward to taking part in upcoming events and having some fun with Muscle Dream beneficiaries who are fans of motorsports. |
